Job Description
The OT is accountable to assess, formulate treatment goals and direct treatment for assigned clients. A secondary focus is to provide an occupational therapy perspective to the interdisciplinary team and support quality improvement and strategic plans within the facility and service programs.
This position is part of a rehabilitation services team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and pt/ot assistants. The client caseload is derived from the 14 bed inpatient program, the adult day program and the long term care team.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a Degree or Masters in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology or related Human Services field
- Must be registered with the appropriate licensing body
ExperienceBachelor Degree In Occupational Therapy
Registered or eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists
