The psychologist will be assigned to the Saskatchewan Operational Stress Injury Clinic (OSIC), with the responsibility for the development of psychological assessment and treatment services for patients with operational stress injuries. The psychologist will also provide consultation to the program's multidisciplinary services to patients and their families. The incumbent will be a Ph.D. psychologist with training and/or experience in the areas of assessing, treating, and providing consultation
Required Qualifications
The successful applicant will be entered into our intensive training and mentorship program. This will include training in Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and another of the applicant's choice that is approved as suitable for the work. In addition, attendance at conferences that match the scope of our practice is paid for and encouraged. Other opportunities will be provided on an on-going basis.
