The Five Hills Health Region is located in south-central Saskatchewan and serves a population of 55,246 people. The Administration office is located in Moose Jaw.
Services offered by the health region include: acute care, geriatric/long term care, transition beds, home care, public health, mental health, podiatry, and addictions services as well as CT scanning, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, diabetic counselling, cardiac rehabilitation, and an exercise program.
Employee wellness programs, quality workplace initiatives, and the representative workforce program are examples of the region's commitment to respect diversity, foster open communication, and value its 1,700 employees.
In-patient acute care hospitals are located in Assiniboia, Central Butte, Gravelbourg, and Moose Jaw. Health and Wellness Centres are located in Craik, Kincaid, Lafleche, Rockglen, Mossbank, and Willow Bunch.
